This hands-on leadership role involves designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, large-scale software for Counterparty Credit Risk Management, leveraging AI tools to boost capabilities across data sources and risk processes. Qualifications

6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Lead Developer, Tech Lead).
Strong hands-on programming skills in Java and related technologies.
Extensive experience with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.

Responsibilities

Lead by example in design, architecture, and hands-on development of Counterparty Credit Risk Management components leveraging AI tools.
Oversee team delivery, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and allocate resources to meet risk-management project goals.
Define architectural standards and collaborate with product management and risk officers to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
