Atlassian is seeking a (Senior) Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to expand our enterprise footprint in Germany. You will work with enterprise sales and channel partners to understand customer needs, demonstrate value, support proofs of concept, and help close large deals.

German and English fluency and DACH market experience are highly valued. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business pain points to Atlassian capabilities, deliver compelling demonstrations, and provide customer

Formación

4+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
Deep knowledge of the ITSM/ESM domain or AI capabilities related to service management.
Fluency in German and English.
Experience working with the DACH market and aligning technical solutions to business needs.

Responsabilidades

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey.
Investigate and map client pain points to Atlassian capabilities.
Partner with sales management to align the account plan and customer outcomes.
Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concepts to customers and prospects.
Collaborate with product management to gather and relay customer feedback.
