Job summary

Atlassian seeks an experienced pre-sales specialist to focus on ITSM offerings for enterprise clients in the United States. You will design, implement, and optimize ITSM solutions, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to map business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities.

You will deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to customers and prospects, while working with product management to incorporate customer feedback and advance Atlassian's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience interacting with mid-market/enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Experience selling ITSM solutions and helping customers manage IT services.
• Creative problem solver who translates business problems into Atlassian solutions.
• Comfortable in both business and technical contexts with executives and technical audiences.
• Desire to learn, grow, give/receive feedback, and win for customers and Atlassian.
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of executive relationship building.

Responsibilities
