Job summary

Valiantys seeks an Atlassian IT Support Team Lead to be a key technical authority within Managed Services, delivering hands-on client work while guiding technical leadership, innovation, and service development. You will work with strategic enterprise clients and help define the technical direction of the team, exploring Atlassian Cloud capabilities.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory due to client and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

8-10+ years in technical consulting, application support, platform operations, or similar enterprise tech environments.
Deep expertise in Atlassian Cloud and knowledge of its architecture and best practices.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex Atlassian Cloud environments.
Define standards and direction for the Managed Services practice.
Identify emerging Atlassian Cloud capabilities and turn them into repeatable client services.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Transformation Consulting on strategic engagements.
Lead and mentor the Managed Services team to raise standards.
