At Atlassian seeks an experienced Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our EMEA Enterprise Solution Sales team, focusing on the French-speaking region. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, drive ITSM/ESM adoption, and partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Product to deliver customer outcomes.

• Demonstrated quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in a closing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota across multi-stakeholder deals.
• Southern EMEA market experience.
• Senior relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communicator across executive presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Collaborative by nature; thrives with extended sales, account and product teams.
• MEDDPICC familiarity or equivalent enterprise sales methodology.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Aufgaben

• Drive ITSM/ESM sales growth across the French speaking markets.
• Build relationships with Senior Leaders across IT and Business Teams across enterprise accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles across new lands, cloud migrations and expansions, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Identify and progress displacement opportunities where Atlassian can deliver a stronger service-management business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to tailor the Service Collection story, from Data Center-heavy migration accounts to cloud-forward AI and ESM expansion opportunities.
• Use customer and partner signals to provide feedback to Product, Marketing, Engineering and regional GTM teams on the French market requirements.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clear deal visibility.
