Job summary

Motion Recruitment assists a fast-growing creator commerce platform by filling an IT Engineer, Workplace Technology role in New York City. This on-site position owns workplace technology, service desk, AV systems, and sets IT standards to deliver a superior user experience.

You will manage the office network, lead office build-outs, and develop IT runbooks while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure secure, efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience IT support in fast-scaling corporate environments.
• Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting with SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing Apple Business Manager and modern MDM.

Responsibilities

• Own and triage the internal IT support channel and ticket queue.
• Identify patterns and implement root-cause fixes.
• Maintain conference room AV and Zoom Rooms.
• Manage corporate office network, WiFi and cabling.
• Lead tech deployments for office expansions.
• Handle hardware lifecycle via Apple Business Manager and MDM.
• Onboard/offboard employees, ensure day-one readiness.
• Create centralized IT runbooks and documentation.
