Plaid is hiring for a TechOps Site Support role in New York to design, build, and support a first-class computing environment. You will ensure conference rooms, networking, and daily workplace tools run smoothly, enabling colleagues to focus on expanding financial access.

Ideal candidates will troubleshoot AV setups, assist presenters during meetings, and manage office hardware. A collaborative, user-focused mindset is essential for this in-office role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting basic AV setup issues, specifically with Google Meet or Zoom conference systems.
• Experience assisting presenters and running live support for meetings of various sizes.
• Hands-on experience with basic network infrastructure and office hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enable seamless collaboration: ensure AV systems in conference rooms function flawlessly for global teams.
• Resolve in-office hardware needs: troubleshoot printers, monitors, keyboards, and peripherals to minimize downtime.
• Manage hardware operations: track on-premise IT and AV inventory including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops.
• Support remote teammates: provide timely assistance for non-office and remote tech requests when possible.
