Job summary

Talentify is seeking an IT Support Engineer to serve as the on-site point of contact for technology in our New York office. You will support roughly fifty people across two floors, five days a week, in person. The role is hands-on, with a focus on getting senior staff back to work quickly and smoothly.

The position is a contract role with the potential for extension. You will collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure as we modernize how the firm runs its technology and shape support

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in IT support or help desk role.
• Comfortable supporting Windows; Mac is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Okta is a plus.
• Experience with a ticketing system; training provided.
• Warm, composed manner with people at all levels.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Support – first point of contact for hardware, software, and accounts, starting at 8:30.
• Endpoints – set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops (Windows primary, Macs limited).
• Accounts & Access – assist with accounts and tools access.
• White-Glove Service – provide calm, attentive help to senior staff under time pressure.
