NerdsToGo Bellevue is hiring a Senior IT Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments. You will start and end each day in our Bellevue office, handling in-store, on-site, and remote appointments, diagnosing issues, and presenting 1–2 solutions with recommendations.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting, solid networking knowledge, and are comfortable communicating with clients in person to ensure

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on IT support experience.
Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience configuring routers, firewalls, and access points.

Responsibilities

Start and end each day in our Bellevue office.
Handle in-store, on-site, and remote appointments.
Diagnose issues independently.
Present 1–2 solution options with your recommendation.
Provide time estimates or simple scopes for larger projects.
Execute the work and demonstrate completion with client satisfaction.
