Job summary

NerdsToGo Bellevue WA is seeking a Level 2/3 technician to join our on-site support team. You will lead advanced technical tasks and complex projects for residential and small business customers, working independently and mentoring Level 1 staff.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, data recovery tasks, network installations, and Microsoft 365 administration. A degree or equivalent experience plus MSP background is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and competitive
