Job summary

NerdsToGo Bellevue WA is seeking an IT Service Professional to perform desktop configurations, installations, and upgrades of PC hardware and software. You’ll deliver proactive remote monitoring and field service to both residential and small business customers, with emphasis on Windows and Mac platforms.

You will join a growing team that values strong technical skills, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience with Windows-based PCs in residential and business environments.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software/OS troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting and configurations (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN).
• Proficiency with peer-to-peer and client/server network configurations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Onsite computer solutions for Windows and Apple computers.
• Offer hardware upgrades and remote monitoring for residential and business customers.
• Network installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN).
• Data recovery and loss prevention; virus protection and spyware removal.
• PC hardware and software fault isolation and repair; system repairs and upgrades.
• One-on-one training with customers.
