Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Windows-based PCs and networking.
• Strong PC hardware and software/OS troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Onsite computer solutions for Windows and Apple computers
• Network installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)
• Data recovery and loss prevention
• Virus protection and spyware/adware removal
• System repair and upgrades
• Assist non-technical customers and communicate clearly
