Digacore is seeking a Level 3 IT Technician to deliver advanced technical support, manage escalations, and uphold secure, high-performing client environments. You will work across servers, networking, cloud platforms, and security while partnering with internal teams and clients to resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of MSP experience, strong Windows Server/Active Directory skills, and proficiency with VMware/Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT support within MSP or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows Server, AD, DNS, and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity-related services.

Responsabilidades

• Handle advanced escalations and provide technical support for complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
• Configure and manage file shares, permissions, SharePoint environments, and identity-related services.
• Troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, and site-wide networking issues.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper‑V, and AVD environments.
• Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administration and operational tasks.
• Maintain strong documentation, communication, and operational follow-through across support requests and escalations.
• Collaborate with L1, L2, Projects, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Help identify recurring technical issues and contribute to operational improvements and standardization efforts.
• Deliver a high-quality support experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and technical ownership.
