Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to join a dynamic IT team providing advanced technical support for SMBs. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain hardware/software, manage client networks, and uphold security and disaster recovery practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in MSP or similar IT support, with strong Windows/Mac knowledge, AD, Office 365, and virtualization. Some travel to client sites and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an MSP or similar IT support role; degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft MC are desirable.
• Strong Windows/Mac, Office 365, AD and virtualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, install and configure hardware/software.
• Resolve escalated tickets promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage client networks: routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi.
• Implement and monitor security solutions and audits.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain clear client communications and documentation.
• Assist IT projects and mentor Level 1 technicians.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support as needed.
