Job summary

Coretek Services is seeking a Level 3 Managed Services Engineer with a Microsoft focus to deliver advanced support and optimize Microsoft-based environments for clients. You will manage Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, and Intune, lead issue resolution, and implement security and identity solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, plus hands-on experience with Azure, Autopilot, and DevOps

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional technology certifications (MCSE).
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security and identity products.
Experience in IT consulting or managed services.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, PCI, HIPAA is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide escalated technical support for Microsoft-based systems including AD, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, and Autopilot.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex device enrollment and performance issues.
Perform system administration tasks including patch management and upgrades.
Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery for Microsoft environments.
Collaborate with Level 1/2 teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Assist L4 Consulting on project work.
Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for a knowledge base.
Adopt DevOps practices and identify automation opportunities.
Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and best practices.
