Qualifications

• Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems.

• A+ or other relevant certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver remote IT support for Windows servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS.
• Handle user creation/termination, app installs, and printer setups.
