Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT services environment.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, DNS, and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting complex server, firewall, VPN, wireless, and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, AVD).
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced escalations and provide technical support for complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
• Configure and manage file shares, permissions, SharePoint environments, and identity-related services.
• Troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, and site-wide networking issues.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and RDS/AVD environments.
• Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administration and tasks.
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively across requests and escalations.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to identifying recurring issues and drive improvements and standardization.

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Handle advanced escalations and provide technical support for complex infrastructure and networking issues

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT services environment
• - Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and networking technologies
• - Experience troubleshooting complex server, firewall, VPN, wireless, and infrastructure-related issues
• - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper‑V, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• - Experience working within RMM and PSA platforms
• - Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred
• - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• - Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused mindset
• - Strong documentation habits and operational follow-through
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
