DigaCore Technology Consulting seeks a Fast Team IT Technician to provide remote support to clients via phone, chat, and email. You will ensure clear communication and assist with technical issues, delivering professional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level remote support for service requests, resolving issues with workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor hardware/software.
• Deliver remote IT support for Windows servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS.
• Handle user creation/termination and app installations; assist with printer setups.
• Monitor the remote monitoring and management system and respond via tickets.
• Maintain/update system documentation using ConnectWise and IT Glue.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide exceptional service and support.
