Digacore is seeking a Level 3 IT Technician to provide advanced technical support across servers, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and security. You will work with internal teams and clients to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high reliability and performance.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ownership, and a client-focused mindset in a fast-paced MSP setting. Austin-based work with collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT services environment.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and networking technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex server, firewall, VPN, wireless, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience working within RMM and PSA platforms.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred.

• Collaborate with L1, L2, Projects, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to standardization efforts
• Deliver a high-quality support experience through professionalism and ownership

About the Role

Are you the engineer people rely on when complex issues need to be solved the right way? We’re looking for a Level 3 IT Technician to provide advanced technical support, handle escalations, and help maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing client environments.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT services environment
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and networking technologies
• Experience troubleshooting complex server, firewall, VPN, wireless, and infrastructure-related issues
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Experience working within RMM and PSA platforms
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused mindset
• Strong documentation habits and operational follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
