Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients through various channels.
- Conduct daily candidate phone interviews in a fast-paced environment.
- Evaluate candidates’ history, education, and technical skills.
- Negotiate wage rates and present job opportunities to candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity documentation.
- Communicate regularly to create a positive candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Collaborate with outside sales to present quality candidates.
