Cribl, a leading B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core IT services—identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and automation—across a remote-first organization. You will drive security, reliability, and operational excellence while partnering with Security, People, Finance and Compliance teams.

You’ll manage AWS, ServiceNow, and enterprise identity workflows, while enabling scalable automation across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and other SaaS

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS, basic networking).
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration, workflows, catalog items, change/incident processes.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management including baseline configs, patching, and reporting.
• Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST API/JSON familiarity.
• Comfort working autonomously in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cribl's core IT systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and automation health.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infra with secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint configuration and compliance via MDM (Jamf/Intune).
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data model, catalogs, and SLAs.
• Design and maintain automation/workflows across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Zapier, APIs).
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP agent frameworks with IT & Security teams.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents; participate in on-call rotations and IT metrics.
