Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems, from identity and endpoints to cloud infrastructure and IT automation. You’ll partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and SaaS integrations.

This role reports to IT Engineering leadership and will be a senior escalation point across IT & Security, helping design joiner/mover/leaver automations, uphold

Qualificações

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on AWS administration experience (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration including workflow config, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.
• Direct production experience with an enterprise identity provider (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable) including SSO and access policies.
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet, including baseline configs and patch management.
• Experience with scripting language and REST APIs/JSON.

Responsabilidades

• Identity, Access & Lifecycle: administer primary identity provider and design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• AWS, Cloud & Core Infrastructure: manage corporate IT AWS accounts, secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Endpoint Management & MDM: oversee endpoint management via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Intune) with zero-touch provisioning and compliance reporting.
• ServiceNow & IT Service Management: serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security; support ITGC, SOX controls, access reviews, changes.
• Automation, Integrations & Tooling: design automation workflows across IT systems and manage SaaS integrations.
• AI Tools & MCP Governance: configure and govern AI tools and MCP-based agents with proper access controls and runbooks.
• Operations, Support & On-Call: Tier 3 escalation for incidents; participate in on-call rotation; contribute to metrics and knowledge base.
