Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT or related disciplines.
• Experience operating in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Strong expertise across identity and access management, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership and mentorship.
• Proven program leadership and vendor management experience.
• Experience building standards, controls, and self-service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Boulevard’s corporate IT environment across systems, applications, endpoints, and identity infrastructure.
• Build a scalable IT operating model by identifying gaps and reducing risk.
• Lead modernization and automation across integrations, workflows, and self-service features.
• Improve onboarding, provisioning, access governance, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Establish clear documentation, metrics, and service expectations for employees.
• Partner with Security, People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering on priorities.
• Shape the future IT roadmap, vendor relations, and investment priorities.
