You will oversee identity and access management, endpoint management, IT service management, onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and IT support for a distributed workforce. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and the ability to automate processes, improve security, and deliver reliable, scalable technology services across locations and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with modern IT stacks, including AI tools.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC1 and SOC2, and FedRamp would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops).
• Operationalize IT roadmap with projects and SLA/KPI tracking.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, license management, and asset lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce IT security controls and governance.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Finance to optimize IT solutions.
