Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems & Operations to lead and scale our internal IT function across identity, endpoint, ITSM, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor lifecycle management.

You will partner with Engineering, Security, Finance, HR and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology services for a distributed workforce. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage people and vendors while diving into technical problems, improving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in a management or tech-lead role.
• Hands-on with a modern IT stack and AI tools for automation.
• Automating onboarding/offboarding with auditability and traceability.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks: Microsoft SSPA, SOC1, SOC2.
• Support FedRamp activities and maintain security and compliance posture.
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in SaaS/cloud.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience scaling IT processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-first company (80-500 employees ideal).

Responsibilities

• Own IT roadmap execution and translate strategy into projects and improvements.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops).
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics; drive accountability.
• Drive tool standardization and portfolio optimization; budget collaboration.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions.
• Own core internal systems strategy including license management.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding processes and lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of internal systems.
• Support hybrid/remote workforce with endpoint and identity strategies.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and other repetitive IT processes.
• Integrate HR, identity, SaaS, endpoint, and ITSM platforms.
• Establish processes for AI-enabled IT tool adoption and governance.
• Strengthen security posture and compliance with Security/Engineering.
• Drive audits, evidence collection, and vendor security reviews.
• Improve documentation, self-service, and internal processes.
• Foster a culture of service excellence in IT.
