Boulevard Labs, Inc. seeks a senior IT leader to modernize and scale its corporate IT. You will own the IT environment, improve onboarding, security, and self-service, and partner across the business to elevate employee technology experiences.

This high-impact role balances strategy and hands-on execution, guiding governance, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities to drive a proactive IT organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate IT/enterprise tech/IT operations
• Experience in SaaS/high-growth tech environments
• Broad tech expertise in IAM, endpoint management, SaaS admin, asset lifecycle, IT service delivery

Responsibilities

• Own Blvd’s corporate IT environment and tech stack as senior owner
• Build a scalable IT operating model and governance
• Lead modernization, automation, and self-service initiatives
• Improve onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and access governance
• Enhance service delivery with clear docs, metrics, and support
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive RCA
• Partner with Security, People, Finance, Legal, Engineering on priorities
• Shape future IT roadmap, vendors, and investment priorities
