Job summary

Harness, a leader in AI software delivery, seeks a Senior IT Systems Administrator in Mountain View, CA. This hybrid role owns the corporate IT stack, focusing on identity, SaaS platforms, device management, automation, and security for a fast-growing global company.

You will partner with security, engineering, and business leaders to implement scalable solutions, improve user experience, and reduce risk across the infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration or similar role.
• Experience supporting 1,000+ end users across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to operate independently and own systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity and access management platforms (Okta, SSO, SCIM, lifecycle workflows).
• Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack).
• Lead device management for macOS and mobile (Kandji MDM).
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows (Workato, BetterCloud).
• Maintain a security-first mindset across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and access controls.
• Lead IT projects from design through delivery and provide Tier-3 support.
