Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own and scale Cribl's core corporate systems, from identity and endpoints to cloud infrastructure and automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to implement joiner/mover/leaver automation, governance, and robust IT operations across a remote, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud‑first environment.
• AWS Administration: IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar, basic networking, tagging/governance.
• ServiceNow Administration: core data model, catalog, workflows, changes, and reporting.
• Enterprise Identity Provider Experience: Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID or similar with SSO and lifecycle management.
• Endpoint Management: macOS and Windows baseline configs, patching, and reporting.
• Scripting & Automation: one language (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and REST APIs/JSON knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the core corporate systems health across identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Administer primary identity provider and joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for internal IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure including security, logging, and monitoring.
• Lead endpoint management via MDM (Jamf/Intune) with zero‑touch provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data models, catalog, workflows, and SLAs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and manage SaaS integrations (Okta Workflows, Zapier, APIs).
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP frameworks in partnership with IT and Security.
• Act as Tier 3 on-call escalation and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base content.
