Qualifications

• Tier 1 software and hardware support with focus on first level resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and informal training to end users.
• Mentor fellow Support Technicians and document processes in a knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional IT support to end users in a timely manner.
• Assist Support/Data Center Technicians with escalated issues and projects.
• Deploy IT assets, including hardware and software, and document actions in ticketing systems.
• Remote control user PCs and reset passwords in Active Directory as needed.
• Provide afterhours on-call support and executive assistance as required.
