Qualifications

• IT knowledge and experience in technical support.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 Support via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform weekday support across 7am–8pm shifts.
• Record tickets and maintain status in the ticketing system.
