Job summary

Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) in Richmond, VA is seeking an Information Technology Technician to deliver high-quality support to staff and clients across phone, email, live chat, and in person. You will troubleshoot software and hardware, plan repairs with the Network Manager, and help maintain security policies.

This on-site role requires an Associate degree in IT, A+ certification, and experience with Electronic Health Records such as eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• A+ Certification required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR); eClinicalWorks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware, plan repairs, and coordinate with the Network Manager.
• Support cybersecurity awareness and HIPAA compliance training.
• Build, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, VoIP, and mobile devices.
• Create and maintain system documentation and procedures.
