You will provide deskside and field support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across multiple sites, while contributing to enterprise projects that impact operations nationwide.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in deskside support, strong Microsoft Stack skills, and experience with AD/Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender for Endpoint.

• 5+ years of deskside and field support in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 stack and security tools.
• Ability to document incidents and share knowledge clearly.
• Strong collaboration across IT teams and sites.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 2 deskside and field support for devices and peripherals.
• Support users across multiple sites, coordinating with IT teams.
• Administer AD, Entra/Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Document tickets and resolutions in ServiceNow with clarity.
• Assist in IT projects, office setups, and occasional travel to branches.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and communicate changes to responsible parties.
• Inventory equipment and audit deployed assets.
