Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking an IT Support Administrator (Level 2) to join a growing team. You will provide hands-on and remote Level 1 and 2 support for about 8,000 users across the company, onsite in Dulles, VA, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Intune experience, plus strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange administration.
• Experience with ticketing systems, GPOs, patch management, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• A strong customer service mindset that is empathetic, professional, and friendly, and a desire to be the go-to face of IT.
• IT certifications and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support onsite and remotely for users across the entire company.
• Manage accounts and devices across the Microsoft stack, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Work an active ticket queue of about 270 tickets per tech each month, documenting incidents and escalating to the right teams when needed.
• Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve problems and outages, and train users on hardware and software.
• Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation for new and existing procedures.
