Job summary

TrustedTech in Irvine, CA seeks an IT Support Specialist I to build cloud and end-user support expertise through hands-on desktop support, service desk duties, and hardware provisioning.

You will handle tier-1 tickets, imaging laptops, Microsoft Intune enrollment, asset tracking, and office IT needs, with a clear path to IT Support Specialist II and company-funded Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support, service desk, or IT internship.
• Core understanding of Windows OS endpoint troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 end‑user administration.
• Hands-on approach with physical workplace setups, hardware routing, and infra tasks.
• Strong documentation, ticket hygiene, and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 service desk operations: triage, diagnose and resolve end-user tickets; escalate complex issues.
• Hardware lifecycle & endpoint provisioning: imaging laptops, Intune enrollment, hardware staging, onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Physical IT infrastructure & office support: workstation deployments, cable management, conference room AV setups.
• Asset management & inventory integrity: track hardware assets and locations in real time.
• Identity & account administration: basic user provisioning and M365 licensing tasks under supervision.
• Knowledge base contributions: write break/fix docs and SOP updates.
