Job summary

Rocket Lab, based at Wallops Island (LC2) in Virginia, seeks a Senior IT Support Analyst I to maintain on-site IT services, infrastructure, and user support for Launch teams. You will manage incidents, drive improvements, and own critical IT projects with autonomy while collaborating with Infrastructure and Launch teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support or infrastructure, strong scripting and AD skills, and experience with AI-enabled service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems or infrastructure roles with a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience with ITIL and formal Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration management.
• Experience across Windows and Linux desktops/servers, AD, networking, scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT service delivery and support.
• Track and manage incidents, requests, problems, changes, and projects.
• Diagnose complex IT issues and build runbooks.
• Own on-site IT infrastructure and lead end-to-end IT projects.
