Job summary

Priceline is hiring an IT Support Specialist to lead enterprise IT support for endpoints, collaboration tech, and office systems. The role combines hands-on fixes with cross-functional coordination to raise service quality in a hybrid environment.

You will own complex issues, support executive needs, and help streamline onboarding, access provisioning, and user enablement across Google Workspace, Zoom, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on IT support experience across endpoint devices and collaboration tech.
• Ability to own issues end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively.
• Experience supporting or escalating across platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira, and Okta.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT support initiatives involving endpoints, devices, and office tech migrations.
• Own advanced troubleshooting for conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, displays, and collaboration tech.
• Serve as senior escalation for employee IT issues across hardware, room systems, and productivity tools.
• Provide white-glove support to executives and VIP stakeholders during urgent events.
• Improve onboarding, access, and provisioning workflows with internal teams.
