Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking an IT Support Specialist to lead End-User & SaaS Support, Networking & Infrastructure as we relocate an office and scale our team. You’ll own Google Workspace and Microsoft environments, manage SaaS apps, troubleshoot Windows and Mac, onboard/offboard users, and drive IT projects with cross-functional collaboration to keep our systems secure and available.

You’ll provide hands-on and remote support for distributed staff, coordinate with vendors, and document incidents

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills across Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) administration.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience administering SaaS platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable supporting video conferencing (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams) and in-office AV.
• Fast learner with ability to move quickly in a fast-moving tech company.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS applications; manage user access and licensing.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac.
• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Deliver in-office and remote IT support for distributed employees.
• Manage incidents through full lifecycle: triage, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation.
• Support and troubleshoot office networking (wired and wireless).
• Maintain core IT infrastructure and endpoint hardware.
• Video Conferencing & AV support for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams.
• Provide in-office AV support, conference room setup and troubleshooting.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through completion.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
