Job summary
Hillspire, LLC is seeking a Lead IT Support Engineer to lead a West Coast IT Operations team, providing high-touch support for 900+ users across affiliated organizations. You will mentor engineers, coordinate coverage, and drive AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
- 7+ years of progressive IT support experience, including senior/escalation roles.
- Experience supporting executives and high-touch users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring for IT support staff.
- Escalation point for complex, sensitive issues.
- Coordinate support coverage across West Coast offices.
- Lead incident response and communications for major disruptions.
- Administer Jira Service Management, Confluence, and IT asset workflows.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback for juniors.
- Provide after-hours or emergency support as needed.
- Travel occasionally to other offices.
