Job summary

Jobless is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance to HQ staff and spa locations across the United States. The role includes troubleshooting, device management, and multi-location network support, with primary on-site work at HQ and some remote work after training.

You will handle support for Zenoti, Kandji, and Google Workspace, manage Ubiquiti networking, and collaborate with operations and executives.

Qualifications

2+ years IT support experience in a multi-location environment.
Hands-on experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling/POS systems.
Experience with Kandji or another MDM (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
Google Workspace administration (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, Groups, OU).
Knowledge of Ubiquiti networking gear.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot POS, appointments, membership workflows, device connectivity, and login issues.
Manage and monitor spa and HQ Apple devices; push configurations and enforce compliance.
Administer Google Workspace users, groups, and security settings; support MFA.
Provide on-site and remote IT support across HQ and spa locations; assist with network and printers.
Respond to tickets via email/phone; document steps and SOPs.
Support spa openings with hardware setup, networking, and device enrollments.
