Job summary

Geotab, a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver employee-facing support across offices and remote staff. You will resolve escalated incidents, configure workstations, troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and ChromeOS, and manage Google Workspace services.

You’ll lead onboarding/offboarding, ensure security compliance, and contribute to asset management while documenting solutions for the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in IT support or service desk.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, ChromeOS.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and SLA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and requests within SLA.
• Configure and maintain workstations and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS).
• Administer Google Workspace apps and user accounts.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and asset provisioning.
• Document resolutions for the knowledge base.
