Job summary

Pivotal Health in New York is seeking an IT Support Specialist to lead end-user and SaaS support, manage networking and infrastructure, and assist with video conferencing for a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational IT skills across Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) administration.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and SaaS platforms.
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• End-User & SaaS Support: provide day-to-day IT support for Google Workspace and Windows/Mac environments.
• Networking & Infrastructure: support office networking and maintain core IT hardware.
• Video Conferencing & AV: support Zoom/Meet/Teams and in-office AV.
• Project Management: lead IT projects from planning through completion.
