Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of end-user, field, desktop, or network support experience with hands-on hardware troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Associate's degree in IT or equivalent work experience required.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA are preferred.

• Provide advanced Level 3 support for US-based incidents requiring hands-on intervention.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting, installation, and validation of hardware at US offices and service locations.
