Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an IT Senior Support Specialist (U.S.-Based) to provide advanced remote and hands-on support for employees, offices, and field locations across the United States, including travel to sites when necessary.

The role covers on-site troubleshooting, hardware replacement, partner coordination with ISPs and vendors, and escalation management, ensuring timely restoration and clear communication during incidents.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on end-user and field support.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for U.S.-based incidents requiring hands-on intervention.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and hardware replacement at U.S. offices and sites.
• Coordinate with internet service providers, carriers, and vendors to restore services.
• Document incident details, timelines, and actions in the ticketing system.
• Travel within the United States for incidents and deployments as needed.
