Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an IT Senior Support Specialist (U.S.-Based) to provide advanced remote and hands-on support across the United States. The role complements Manila support by owning work requiring local presence, coordinating with vendors, and traveling to Clarvida sites as needed.

Responsibilities include Level 3 incident handling, onsite hardware support, and coordinating with internet providers and vendors. Travel within the U.S. may be required to support incidents and deployments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible end-user, field, desktop, or network support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 support with U.S.-based ownership and hours.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting, installation, and validation of IT hardware at U.S. offices.
• Own internet and telecommunications incidents, document impact, and coordinate with providers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third parties for restoration and vendor issues.
• Support office openings, relocations, and technology refresh activities.
• Document troubleshooting steps, vendor interactions, and outage timelines in the ticketing system.
