• Provide advanced Level 3 remote and on-site IT support for US-based employees and offices.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and hardware installation, replacement, and verification.
• Own internet/telecom incidents for US locations; document impact and coordinate with carriers.
• Coordinate with ISPs, carriers, cabling vendors, and equipment manufacturers for service restoration.
• Investigate office connectivity issues and arrange onsite vendor support when needed.
• Serve as escalation point for tickets triaged remotely by Manila/others requiring local access.
