Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an IT Senior Support Specialist (U.S.-Based) to deliver advanced remote and hands-on IT support for employees and offices across the United States. The role requires local presence for on-site troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and travel to Clarvida locations, with coverage during U.S.

business hours. The position emphasizes ownership of complex incidents, proactive communication, and cross-team collaboration, while supporting office openings, moves, and technology

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of end-user, field, desktop, or network support experience with hands-on hardware troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 support for incidents requiring U.S.-based ownership, local business-hours coverage, or hands-on intervention.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting, repair, installation, replacement, and validation of laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners, and other peripherals at U.S. offices and service locations.
• Own internet and telecommunications incidents for U.S. locations, including validating outage, documenting impact, and coordinating with carriers.
• Coordinate directly with U.S. internet service providers, carriers, cabling vendors, and other third parties when remote support cannot restore service.
• Travel to U.S. Clarvida offices and service locations for incidents, projects, deployments, and equipment recovery.
• Document troubleshooting, vendor case numbers, outage timelines, and actions in ServiceNow or the designated system of record.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware failures, including diagnostics, warranty coordination, and replacement deployment.
