Job summary

TES Staffing seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT operations for a client in Greenport, NY. The role blends remote work with onsite visits and collaboration with an Albany-based team for complex issues.

You will troubleshoot Windows/M365, AD/Entra, and network connectivity, while provisioning devices and maintaining endpoint security. A strong MSP mindset and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID and user provisioning.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and ownership from diagnosis to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 and 2 issues on Windows workstations and applications.
• Assist with AD/Entra identity, onboarding/offboarding, and device configuration.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with senior resources for complex issues.
• Travel to Greenport for onsite support as needed.
