Job summary

RoundTable Technology is seeking a Support Specialist to join a growing MSP-driven team. This remote role involves delivering advanced IT support, with on-site visits to regional clients as required in the New York City area.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT support experience in MSP environments, strong knowledge of networking, AD/O365, DLP, and collaboration tools, and a passion for customer service and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP environments.
• Experience across hardware, software, and networking topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Travel to and perform on-site support for regional clients as needed.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or management when appropriate.
• Contribute to knowledge base and participate in team meetings.
