Job summary

LincolnIT is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide on-site client support in the New York City metro area. You will be the primary technical resource at a client location, handling desktop support, endpoint management, and user communications alongside LincolnIT’s broader team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Help Desk or Desktop Support
• Strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID
• Experience with printers, conferencing, and end-user devices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, conference rooms, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business software
• Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities (account provisioning, device deployment)
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while owning resolution
