Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role blends onsite and remote IT support, handling hardware, software, and network issues for production, creative, and corporate teams.

You will work with the IT Manager to deploy enterprise technology, manage systems, enhance security, and drive key IT initiatives in a fast-paced environment leveraging cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Support/Admin experience in mid-to-large orgs.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent communication to non-technical users.
• Experience with enterprise tools and security practices.
• Hands-on with macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support across macOS and Windows.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across core apps.
• Maintain conference room systems, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Assist in WiFi and network deployments across campus and studios.
• Support internal software, cloud tools, and SaaS platforms.
• Create IT documentation and training guides.
• Assist with hardware purchasing and asset lifecycle.
• Support campus network infrastructure and cabling.
• Implement IT security best practices and MDM deployment.
